Position details
Location: France or UK (Hybrid)
Role & Mission
We are seeking a Product Owner for our Swarm capabilities to drive productdevelopment and operational demonstrations. Reporting to our Head of ProductSoftware, you will be responsible for building and scaling our swarm product line fromconcept to deployment, ensuring it meets operational requirements and deliversmission-critical capabilities.
Product Development :
- Define and own the product roadmap for swarm capabilities
- Translate operational requirements into product features and specifications
- Prioritize development backlog in collaboration with engineering teams
- Drive new product initiatives from ideation to operational deployment
- Ensure product-market fit through continuous customer and operator feedback
Operational Integration :
- Coordinate swarm demonstrations for customers, partners, and defensestakeholders
- Lead field testing and validation of new swarm capabilities
- Capture operational insights and integrate them into product iterations
- Develop use cases and operational concepts for swarm deployment
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure battle-tested solutions
Cross-functional Coordination :
- Bridge between engineering, operations, and commercial teams
- Coordinate with hardware and software teams for system integration
- Manage stakeholder communication across international sites (Paris, Kyiv, NYC,Tallinn)
- Ensure compliance with military standards and regulations
- Collaborate with Head of Product Software on strategic product direction
Candidate profile
Experience & Skills :
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
- Background in robotics, autonomous systems, or defense technology
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development cycles
- Understanding of swarm technologies, multi-agent systems, or drone operations
- Proven track record of launching new products or features
- Ability to work in fast-paced, operational environments
Technical Understanding :
- Strong grasp of autonomous systems and AI/ML applications
- Familiarity with software-hardware integration
- Understanding of defense/military operational requirements appreciated
- Experience with field testing and validation preferred
- Comfort with technical specifications and system architectures
Languages :
- Professional fluency in English (mandatory)
- French appreciated (for work with Paris headquarters)
- Ukrainian language skills are a plus
Travel :
