Customer Success & Forward Deployment Manager

• Based in Ukraine (mobility across global offices in France and Kyiv)
• Frequent deployments with NATO forces during live exercises
• Sector: AI solutions for defense

This role reports directly to the Head of Deployment, working closely with our technical teams (R&D, Software, Data).

As a Field Deployment Manager, you will be the ambassador of our technology with our military partners. Your role is to ensure customer success in the field by facilitating adoption, integration, and optimal use of our AI solutions.

You are the bridge between our technical teams and end-users, ensuring our solutions meet real operational needs.Your key responsibilities:

On the ground with our customers

• Deploy and implement our AI solutions directly with partner forces
• Lead hands-on demonstrations and training sessions with military operators
• Support customers during field trials and live exercises
• Understand operational needs and adapt our solutions accordingly

Customer interface & operational support

• Clone SD cards and make sure that it’s integrated into the interceptor
• Gather field feedback and communicate it to our technical teams
• Resolve issues encountered in real-world conditions (sometimes degraded or unpredictable)
• Ensure customer satisfaction and success in using our technologies

Training & documentation

• Train operators on system usage
• Create and maintain user documentation adapted to field needs
• Share best practices for system utilization

Hands-on technical support

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues autonomously
• Configure and adapt systems according to operational constraints
• Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve incidents

• 5+ years of experience in a technology domain (software development, system integration, robotics, or related field)
• Knowledge of Linux-based systems and embedded platforms (e.g., Nvidia Jetson, robotic systems)
• Programming skills (Python, C/C++, or similar languages) - you must be able to understand and adapt code when needed
• Understanding of basic DevOps tools (git, docker) to facilitate deployments

• Excellent interpersonal skills: Comfort representing the company with high-level strategic partners

• Team spirit: Effective collaboration with technical teams and customers
• Experience with real-time applications, robotics, or edge AI, Gstreamer.
• Background in defense, security, or military operations.
• Proficiency in English; Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a plus.
