Position details

- Contract: Internship
Role & Mission
Financial Strategy & Strategic Projects
- Cash Management: Monitor expenses and proactively identify levers for NetWorking Capital (NWC) optimization.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable, high-performanceworkflows spanning operations, administration, and people initiatives.
Accounting & Payroll Operations
- Monthly Closings: Own the preparation of monthly Accounting & Payroll cut-offs,ensuring seamless coordination with our external providers.
- HR Operations: Co-lead with the HR team the onboarding process for new teammembers, ensuring all administrative steps are completed.
- Compliance: Maintain high standards of financial and social data integrity as wescale our industrial and human footprint.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Business Partnering: Support operational teams in understanding their economicimpact on the company and provide financial insights to meet their specific needs.
- Strategic Reporting: Prepare data-driven materials for Executive Board andInvestor reporting.
- Tooling: Continuously improve our internal tools to automate reporting andeliminate manual friction.
Candidate profile
- Education: Student from a top-tier Business or Engineering School.
- Mindset: You demonstrate strong rigor and a high sense of ownership. You are a"builder" who enjoys organizing complex information. You are also stronglyinterested in the defense sector and SafeTech industry.
- Trust & Confidentiality: Given our industry, you are a person of absolute integrity,trusted to handle sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Autonomy: You are eager to take on responsibilities and show a strongprogression in autonomy, moving quickly from learning to executing.
- Hard Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. You are comfortable with data andeager to build structured, clean models.
- Language: Fluent in English and French.
